Part one: Taking a steam bath
One may think that steam baths are only available in gyms or spas, but here on Koh Preah, these are nowhere to be found. Instead one must gather a platform, a sheet and some pots. Once you have these items, build yourself a makeshift fort out of the sheet and some sticks. Next, befriend a local to assist in filling your pots with herbs and hot water. Then, gather your friends and enter your fort. Slowly release the steam from your pot to sweat out those toxins and enjoy the beautiful sounds of Cambodia.

Part two: Laundry
Ever wanted to be laughed at by Cambodian moms? Boy, do we have the activity for you? First gather your cement covered clothing and big bowls and head down to the nearest water pump. Fill your bowls with water and toss in your clothes along with some soap. Squeeze, rinse, twist and repeat in your best attempt to remove the cement. This is when your local spectators may sigh at your inability to get the job done. Possibly stepping in to do it for you. Finally, rinse your clothes and hang them to dry in the bright Cambodian sun.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
