Course Instructor

Overview

Course Instructors guide high school students through immersive summer programs that combine ethical leadership development with hands-on community engagement. All instructors are trained in risk management, ethical leadership, and experiential education so that they can mentor students through transformational summer experiences. This role offers the unique opportunity to witness students develop confidence, empathy, and leadership skills while being immersed in the communities of our nonprofit partners.

“Together you will live and work in your challenge zones with NGO partners who design and implement the program. The learning service philosophy calls us to follow and assist with humility. Every course I have led (8 so far) has cracked open fresh perspectives and emboldened me to revisit my daily classroom practice with rejuvenating results!”
