Today couldn’t have started and ended any better than it did. From potting plants at dawn to dining until 8 o’clock, we enjoyed ourselves. The day began with waking up early to complete some work as usual. Teamwork would be the keyword to use to describe this morning. The hot sun could not stop our work or lively conversation so much so that we were able to complete planting 550 plants in 4 hours! Can you say over achievers? After arriving back at the house, we fancied up and went out for our progressive dinner. We were completely speechless at the quality of food and luxury establishments. We began at the New Orleans Museum of Art housed in the Esplanade of City Park decorated with creative and gorgeous sculptures””perfect scenery for our perfect appetizer at Café Noma. Talk about mouth watering, 5 star quality bruschetta! Then, headed over to Borgne Restaurant filled with THE BEST Louisiana coastal seafood. The fish was fish-tastic! We ended our day with dessert, of course.
