After two whole weeks of learning, growing, and helping, it’s time to wave goodbye to Nepal. We have learned so much here, from the tenants of ethical leadership, to how to do traditional Nepali dances. While here, I have formed many strong friendships with other ethical leaders which I believe will endure long past the ending of this trip. What we’ve learned together isn’t unique to this trip and although we must leave Nepal behind, we can all return home and take action as ethical leaders. The principles we have embraced here and the lessons we have learned from helping The Small World, can allow us all to become successful leaders in our own communities. Though our trip may be over, our long futures of changing the world have only just begun.
