Travel Journal June 28th
We were all together in that freezing cold room for a lesson about the Andean forests. Not much of the information was surprising — I know about glaciers melting and conservation hot spots, but what I did learn about how passionate Alejandra and the Llama Pack Project are about helping. I liked that the most. Today many of my fears about playing with the kids in the village were alleviated, as I learned what activities we were doing with the kids. I was placed in my first choice of 3-5-year-olds, which I’m so excited about. Little kids are my absolute favorite and relieved all of my worries.
