After a day of rest from traveling, we headed to Cestor Beatriz / Caguas, where we met Gaby on his farm. On the farm, we got to work on various projects, including harvesting mesclun, planting tomatoes, and pulling weeds. All while learning about farming on a slope. Furthermore, we practiced our Spanish and learned how to say ‘bucket’ in three different ways. Overall, it was a great start to the day getting to be outside and getting to be on a farm that treats you like family. Next, we are off to Patillas!!!!
