– I saw an ostrich today and that’s enough to make me happy. Oh yeah, and I swam for the first time in 3 years.

-We got to swim in the most beautiful oasis that no one would expect to be there!

– I really wanted to see a rhino today and was disappointed that we did not, but the swimming hole made up for it. I’m glad we saw lots of gazelles, wart hogs, zebras, and the secretary bird.

-My favorite part of the day was when we first arrived to the safari park and watched the sun rise before we started our day.

– I didn’t see a lion but I saw baby elephants and an ostrich!

– I really liked arriving at the park early this morning and seeing the sunrise just as we started the safari.

-One of my highlights was seeing the mountains in the distance as the sun rose. It was vibrant!

– Opening the top of the safari jeep and looking around as the golden light swathed the savannah was a highlight.

– By no means was I ready to wake up at 4:00 AM, let alone take a spontaneous swim in a natural spring but I did it anyways.

– My favorite part of the day was relaxing in an Acacia tree after swimming in the watering hole.

– I really enjoyed the spring with friends. It was a relaxing lunch break for our safari.

– My favorite part was seeing the baby elephant.

– The varied and lovely small birds on the plains of Africa are highly underrated!

– Sitting in the jeep just feet away from three elephants as baboons scurried through the trees – Wow!
