A long day for our crew but the leaders report, “Great day at Machu Picchu learning form our guides Victor and Puma – some particularly meaningful conversations about growing up in the high Andes and the generational changes for Andean people. Despite the 4am wake-up to get into the park early, the group persisted through a great leadership circle this evening where we discussed the SStS 8 qualities of ethical leaders and where we have observed them thus far on course.”
The group is off to the mountains tomorrow morning and will have limited service other than short text messages they will send to check in. The home office will post any updates to the travel journal but there will not be journal entries or photos.
