SStS strongly encourages each student to visit a local “travelers clinic” or international health care practitioner who can advise you personally on your specific needs and questions. We can not give specific recommendations other than following the CDC’s recommendations, which are linked below.

Flights

All students are booked on a group flight from the gateway city of Denver (DEN). Each family is responsible for getting their child to Denver at the start of the program and home from Denver at the end of the program.

Panama City: Accommodations will be in a local hostel. Students will share rooms of 3-5 people per room. Leaders will have private rooms.

Bastimentos Island (Bocas): Accommodations will be in a local hotel that hosts only our group. Students will share rooms with 3-5 people per room, while leaders will have their own private rooms. All rooms have fans and a private bathroom.
