The group has had a wonderful first few days in New Orleans! So far, they have worked in the Common Ground Nursery, learned about the Lower Ninth Ward on a tour with Sustain the Nine, listened to Jazz at the famous Preservation Hall, and enjoyed some of the city’s famous cajun food!
The Peru crew has arrived safely in Urubamba and had the chance to meet with our NGO partner, the Llama Pack Project. After a long day of travel the crew is off to rest up for their first full day in Urubamba tomorrow.
