Dr. Allison Rowland works to help districts and schools work productively within their political context to tackle the organizational learning necessary to strengthen student learning and support equitable educational outcomes. Her work includes: organizational culture shifts to amplify goals, strategy, and staff investment, executive coaching, strategic change management, and community conversations & design thinking to address equity, diversity, & inclusion. She has worked with both the San Diego and San Francisco Unified School Districts, the New Tech Network, Envision Education, and served as an Education Fellow for the Hawaii State Department of Education. With twenty years of leadership experience for equity and innovation, Allison supports courageous projects to build more equitable communities alongside leaders, districts, non-profits, CMO’s, and schools. Allison holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, and a Master’s in Education from Stanford University.
